Health is the real wealth of a person. In simple words, health means nonexistence of illness. Health doesnt mean only physical health but it also includes physical, mental and social health. It is very important for a person to choose balanced diet, which contains right amount of all necessary nutrients in right quantity. The main tips for staying healthy are: regular exercise, healthy eating and stop smoking.

Regular check-ups and regular exercise will keep you away from diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, osteoporosis and other diseases. For keeping your body fit and fine, individual effort is also very important. The companies had also started workplace programs so that their employees remain fit and fine. It also increases their confidence, reliability and productivity.

Vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, protein and calcium are the necessary components that your body needs. For e.g. carbohydrates are necessary for your brain and protein gives you energy to survive. Once you are in better shape, you are able to do more tough activity.

Here are some different ways through which you can maintain yourself healthy. Increase quality of work life, have fun, boost up your confidence, forget dieting, dont take tension and take healthy diet.
